1. Accepting these terms

The website sewerlinerepairatlanta.com (the "Site") is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or calling a phone number shown on it, you accept these Terms of Service and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. How the referral service works

The Site provides general information about sewer lines and a phone number you can call to reach an independent contractor serving the Atlanta area. Your call is connected to a contractor who accepts work in your area, and you speak with that contractor on the same call.

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, partners or joint venturers, and we do not control how they carry out their work. No assurance is given that a contractor will be available at any particular time or for any particular address, and coverage can change without notice.

We may be compensated in connection with referrals. You are never obliged to hire any contractor.

3. Your agreement with a contractor

Any estimate, contract, permit, guarantee or warranty for work on your property is solely between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its terms or how it is performed.

Before work starts, you are responsible for confirming the contractor's license, insurance, scope of work, permit responsibilities and any guarantee. Plumbing contractors in Georgia are licensed by the state, and you can verify a license through the Georgia Secretary of State's professional licensing records.

4. Information on this Site

Guides, tables and answers on the Site are general educational information about sewer lines. They are not professional, engineering, legal or safety advice for your circumstances. Codes, utility rules and local conditions change, and every property is different.

We work to keep information accurate and cite sources where we can, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or free of errors.

5. Safety and emergencies

Sewer work can involve sewage, sewer gases, open excavations, buried utilities and heavy equipment. Do not attempt work you are not qualified to do, never enter a trench, pit or manhole, and contact Georgia 811 before any digging. If you smell gas, leave immediately and call 911 and your gas utility from outside.

The Site and its phone line are not an emergency service, and contractor response times are not guaranteed.

6. Calls: a call-in service only

This Site is a call-in service. You choose to call the number shown, and your own call is connected to an independent contractor who speaks with you on that call. The Site has no request forms and does not collect contact details so that anyone can reach you later.

Using the Site does not give us or any contractor permission to call, text or email you, and does not sign you up for marketing. We make no outbound calls, send no texts or emails, and do not pass your details to anyone so that they can contact you. Anything arranged after your call, such as a visit or a written estimate, is agreed directly between you and the contractor during your conversation.

Calls may be routed through a call-tracking provider and, where the law allows, monitored or recorded for quality and dispute resolution. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start. Your carrier's standard rates may apply.
