Privacy policy
This policy describes what information Sewer Line Repair Atlanta handles, why, who it is shared with and the choices and rights you have. Effective date: October 30, 2026.
Who we are
sewerlinerepairatlanta.com (the "Site") is a call-in referral service. When you call the number shown on the Site, your own call is connected to an independent local contractor, who speaks with you on that same call.

What this policy covers
This policy covers information handled through the Site and through calls you place to phone numbers shown on the Site. "We", "us" and "our" mean the Site and its operator.
It does not cover the independent contractors your call is connected to. They are separate businesses. Whatever you tell a contractor during a call, and anything you arrange with them, is handled under that contractor's own privacy practices, which you can ask them about.
Information we handle
We keep the information we handle to the minimum needed to connect calls and run the Site.
- What you say on a callYou decide what to tell the contractor you are connected with, for example your address and a description of the sewer problem. The Site has no forms and never asks you to type in personal details.
- Call detailsOur phone system may log the number you called from, the time, date and length of the call and your approximate area based on your number, so the call can be routed to a contractor serving that area. If a call is recorded, a notice plays at the start of the call.
- Technical dataThe Site's hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and request times.
- What we do not collectWe do not collect email addresses, run sign-up forms or mailing lists, or ask for payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other government identifiers.
How we use information
- Connecting your callCall details are used to route the call you place to an independent contractor who serves your area, so you can talk with them on that call.
- Running and securing the SiteTechnical data is used to keep the Site available and secure and to detect misuse.
- Legal obligationsInformation may be used to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
- No follow-up contact or marketingWe do not use your information to call, text or email you, and we do not use it for marketing of any kind.
How long information is kept
Call details are kept only as long as needed to route calls, handle disputes and meet legal and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
How information is protected
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and access to call details is limited to the people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information. California residents, for example, have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We extend the following to all users, subject to legal exceptions.
- KnowAsk what personal information we hold about you, its source, why we hold it and who it was shared with.
- DeleteAsk us to delete personal information we collected from you.
- CorrectAsk us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt outOpt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
- Non-discriminationYou will not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
Making a privacy request
Call the number shown on the Site and say you want to make a privacy request, describing what you are asking for. We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching the number the original call came from. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.
We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will explain why and how long it will take.
Children
The Site is meant for adults dealing with home repairs. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, let us know and it will be deleted.
Other websites
The Site links to outside sources such as government agencies and reference sites. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change. If a change materially affects how information you already provided is used, we will take reasonable steps to make that clear.
This policy is provided for transparency and does not create contractual rights.
